Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for women who have lost all hope — pointing them to God as the solution to their deepest struggles in life.
Our commitment is to serve the women in our care with integrity, respect, and a desire to help them find a new start in life.
We also recognize that our work is made possible thanks to our faithful donors across the maritimes who help make our work with women possible.
Our Vision
Our vision is to establish homes across Atlantic Canada for women who have been incarcerated or who are suffering from addictions — that no woman will be neglected in her hour of need.
Who is your neighbour and where do we receive our help?
All too often we see the same faces returning to the institutions because there is nowhere else for them to go. These women are our daughters, sisters, cousins, mothers and grandmothers, but above all, they are our neighbours.
Our desire at Naomi and Ruth Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is to give these women that hope.
“Where you go, I shall go, and where you stay, I shall stay. Your people will be my people, and your God, my God.” -Ruth 1:16
